Two bedrooms within a townhouse in Emeryville were redesigned as quiet, slow-living environments shaped by warm wood, soft plaster, and restrained lighting. The primary bedroom features a raised platform bed, integrated closets, and a gentle, enveloping palette that turns the room into a calm retreat at the end of the day.

The secondary bedroom takes on a lighter, more personal character, balancing storage, workspace, and rest through clean millwork lines and subtle lighting. Together, the rooms form a cohesive atmosphere—minimal, tactile, and quietly grounding—reflecting the home’s intention as a place to recalibrate.
